Getting started with Christlike
Your daily plan, the Today screen, and where things are in the app.
Updated
Welcome. Christlike gives you a few quiet minutes with God every day. Here is how it works.
Your day
When you first open the app, a few short questions help shape your plan: your name (only used to greet you), what brought you here, where you would love to grow, and how much time you have each day.
Your daily time decides what is in Your day on the Today screen:
- 2 minutes: the verse of the day and the midday prayer
- 5 minutes: the devotional as well
- 10 minutes or more: today's Word Quest and a starter reading too
Finish everything in Your day and the day counts for your Faith Streak. You can change your daily time any time in Settings → Your plan.
Where things are
- Today: the verse, devotional and prayer, and your day's progress
- Bible: the whole King James Bible, built in and readable offline. Save verses, write notes, and open Behind this chapter for the places, people and background of a chapter.
- Learn: Journeys, Word Quest, Sword Drill, the Daily Drill and live rooms
- Prayer: your Prayer Room, private to your phone
- You: your streak, your garden, friends, church groups and settings
