Every completed day, lesson, chapter and quiz earns Seeds and Growth. Seeds are spent in your garden on Grace Days and new looks; Growth is never spent and carries you from Seed to Cedar. Nothing is bought, nothing is chance, and prayer is never scored.

Why rewards, and why these rules
Habits need a little encouragement, so Christlike gives some. But faith is not a slot machine, so the rules are strict: Seeds are earned, never bought; there are no chance-based rewards; there is a daily cap; and nothing you write in the Prayer Room or your notes is ever scored. The streak measures showing up, not spirituality.
Rest Days, Grace Days and Redeem
Everyone misses days. With an account, a missed day first uses your Rest Day (one a week, refilled on Monday), then a Grace Day you bought with Seeds (hold up to two). Covered days keep your streak alive without adding to it. Missed two days with nothing to cover them? Redeem the gap with Seeds and carry on.
From Seed to Cedar
Growth accumulates for life: 150 makes you a Sprout, 500 a Sapling, 1,200 a Tree and 3,000 a Cedar, after Psalm 92:12. Each level-up gives bonus Seeds. Your garden shows where you are, your friends can see your level, and the home page of this site grows the same way as you scroll.
Questions about seeds & growth
What counts as a day?
A day counts when you finish everything in Your day on the Today screen. What is in it depends on the daily time you chose:
- 2 minutes: the verse and the midday prayer
- 5 minutes: the devotional as well
- 10 minutes or more: Word Quest and a starter reading too
You can change your daily time in Settings → Your plan.
What are Seeds?
Seeds celebrate faithfulness. You earn them by completing your day, reaching a 7-day streak, finishing a journey lesson, playing the Daily Drill and Word Quest, and more.
They grow your garden from Seed to Sprout, Sapling, Tree and Cedar.
How does the Faith Streak work?
Your Faith Streak counts the days in a row you complete. It is kept in your account, so it is safe if you change phones. How streaks work.
What can I do with my Seeds?
Spend them on Grace Days, on new looks in the Seeds store (card themes, a streak flame, a badge colour and more), or to restore a streak with Redeem. You can also send some to a friend.
Prayer and private notes never earn Seeds: some things are not for counting.
What is a Rest Day?
You get one Rest Day each week. If you miss a day, your Rest Day covers it by itself, so your streak stays alive.
It comes back every Monday. A covered day keeps your streak going but does not add to it.
What are Grace Days and Redeem?
A Grace Day protects a missed day once your Rest Day is used. You can hold up to 2, for 100 Seeds each.
If you miss one or two days with nothing to cover them, you can Redeem your streak on the day you come back, once, for 200 Seeds. Otherwise your streak starts again, and today can be day one. The full rules.
Can I buy Seeds?
No. Seeds are earned, never bought, and have no money value. Sower does not sell Seeds either.
Is there a daily limit?
Yes, 100 Seeds a day. Growth from a capped earn still counts.
Does the Prayer Room earn Seeds?
Never. Prayer and private notes are between you and God.
